I did a little more cleanup including the registry and drive C. Chrome has been reinstalled and is working correctly. When I click on about Google Chrome it updates. However, Google Chrome is not listed in Programs and Features. I can't download Google Chrome on my Windows 10 I just bought a Surface 2 Laptop with Windows 10 and I am unable to download google chrome on my PC. I save the file from the internet and when I try to open it a message comes up saying my Laptop recommends me to use Microsoft Edge which I understand although it then says if you want to know how.
